A workshop looking at how Retail volunteers are selected, recruited and inducted into the museum team, supporting a one team approach and how the retail team can help increase volunteer satisfaction and visitor engagement throughout the museum.
Also included in the day is an open floor discussion for problem solving and the Dead Stock Swap Shop – an opportunity to brainstorm how to push sales of dead stock or where to pass it on to!
