Whether improving labels, planning a major re-display, or developing a temporary exhibition, we all want to get the most out of the objects we have. This workshop will help you identify the key messages you want to present, draw out personal stories, plan your display and explore the ways in which you can best communicate with your visitors. By looking at case studies and practical examples, participants will:
- feel more confident with selecting objects for displays
- know how to plan interpretation
- be able to choose the appropriate interpretation method for your display
- feel more confident writing and designing labels and text panels
Refreshments will be provided, but please bring a packed lunch with you.
